new updates:
- Settings
set when you want synchstep to re-sync (change songs to match pace) with you:
a. have it re-sync whenever your pace changes
b. have it re-sync only after the current song finishes playing
c. don’t re-sync automatically. tap ‘re-sync’ when you want it to re-sync.
- runs as background process
now, once a song starts playing, synchstep will continue to work (and yes, sync with your pace!) even if you close it and use other apps. to close it out completely, just pause the music and exit synchstep and it’ll quit for good.
- better feedback
once you hit start, you’ll see a nice menu telling you that synchstep is detecting your pace, and how many seconds you have left to get it into your pocket before it starts.
- better error checking
now if you don’t have enough songs, or none of your songs are tagged with a bpm, synchstep will tell you itself and even link you over to the website to set it up.
- graphical tweaks
things should be much smoother visually and more coherent. better animations, tighter navigation bar, black status bar fades.
